How do I find the right size?

Can I customise the boots?
Yes. Clubs can have their boots produced in official colours with their logo. Contact us for further details.

Are your boots suitable for all playing surfaces?
Yes. Our moulded-stud design suits both grass and synthetic pitches commonly used in junior football.

Orders & Delivery

How long will my order take?
Boots and accessories ordered by customers via club or online store usually arrive within 5–7 business days across Australia.

Can I order directly from Ballon Football?
Yes. Orders can be placed through our website or via your club’s dedicated Ballon ordering page if your club is a partner.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and club invoice payments for bulk orders.

Exchanges & Returns

Can I exchange boots if they don’t fit?
Yes. We offer exchanges on unworn boots within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

What if my boots are faulty or damaged?
In the rare case of a fault, we’ll replace or refund your item at no cost. Please email info@ballonfootball.com.au with your order details and photos.

Can I cancel my order?
Stock orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Custom club orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, as they are made to order.
